2- Not to raise or change the customs release track except under serious and justified reasons or at the request of the person concerned or his agent and after the approval of the competent Director General of Customs or the Director of the Logistics Center and recording the reasons for lifting the track in the field designated for that, and the General Directorate of Risk Systems is notified to implement its affairs.
3- Compliance with the amendments made by the General Administration of Risk Systems to the criteria for selecting goods and the customs regulations applicable in the risk system.
This comes within the framework of the Customs Authority’s keenness to simplify and develop the customs system through the application of the new customs risk system on a window platform, which was launched in August 2022, and the analysis of ACI shipment pre-registration system data and other data.
