Conditions for obtaining a certificate of enjoyment of small and medium enterprise incentives

The Small, Medium and Micro Enterprise Development Law stipulates a number of controls that must be met in order to obtain a certificate of enjoyment of the incentives stipulated by the law, in accordance with Article 94.

The law stipulates the necessity of following these controls and conditions to obtain this certificate as follows:

1. The project must be among the projects subject to the provisions of this law.
2. You must adhere to the accuracy of the data provided, otherwise you will be subject to the penalties stipulated in this legislation.
3. When new data modifications occur, you, as a project owner, must notify the agency of this in the event that the data changes.
4. An important condition for obtaining this certificate is that the project be registered in the agency’s register designated for classifying projects.
5. The certificate is valid for one calendar year and is renewed annually after verifying the project classification.
6. The incentive must be among the incentives stipulated by law.
7. The project must not have been prevented by an incentive similar to the incentives mentioned in the aforementioned investment law
